    Showing the text of the Temporary Debt Limit Extension Act.

    The Rules Committee Print: (1) suspends the debt limit until March 15, 2015, and preserves the ability of the Secretary to utilize extraordinary measures; (2) modifies the annual cost-of-living adjustment for working-age military retirees in the Ryan-Murray Budget deal so it only applies to service members who joined the Armed Services on or after January 1, 2014; (3) establishes a $2.3 billion fund to pay for sustainable growth rate reform which can be used for another patch or a 10 year bill, but is limited to payments for physician services; and (4) is fully offset by an extension of the Budget Control Act mandatory sequester for an additional year to cover FY 2024.

7. Section 2 provides that House Resolution 475 is amended in section 2 by striking "February 13, 2014" and inserting "February 12, 2014".
