1. Provides for consideration of the Senate amendment to H.R. 2832.

2. Makes in order a motion by the chair of the Committee on Ways and Means or his designee that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 2832.

3. Waives all points of order against consideration of the motion.

4. Provides that the Senate amendment shall be considered as read.

5. Provides one hour of debate on the motion equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means.

6. Closed rule for H.R. 3078.

7. Provides 90 minutes of debate on H.R. 3078 equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means.

8. Waives all points of order against consideration of H.R. 3078.

9. Provides that H.R. 3078 shall be considered as read.

10. Waives all points of order against provisions in H.R. 3078.

11. Provides one motion to recommit H.R. 3078.

12. Closed rule for H.R. 3079.
