Motion by Ms. Leger Fernández to add a new section to provide that immediately upon adoption of the resolution, the House shall consider H.R. 6049, introduced by Representative Leger Fernández, which strikes the Senate million dollar payout language Republicans snuck in the CR; and also claws back any money distributed to Senators under this provision before this language can be repealed, under a closed rule with one hour of debate.
