Motion by Mr. Hastings of Florida to amend the rule to H.R. 4480 to make in order and provide the appropriate waivers for amendment #27, offered by Rep. Hastings (FL),which would require each drilling permit application to include an estimate of how much the price of gasoline will decrease as a result of any oil or gas found under the permit.
