Motion by Ms. Leger Fernández to make in order amendment #425 to H.R. 4016, offered by Representative Crow, which increases and decreases funding by $179,765,000 to maintain FY26 support for the Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program at no less than FY25 levels. The Department of Defense (DoD)’s REPI Program is a key tool for combating encroachment that can limit or restrict military training, testing, and operations. The REPI Program protects these military missions by helping remove or avoid land-use conflicts near installations and addressing regulatory restrictions that inhibit military activities.
