Stefanik (NY), which adds $4.58 billion for dislocated worker employment and training activities under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and requires 75 percent of the funding to be spent on skills development and education. Reduces funding for the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund by $4.58 billion. Defeated: 4–8
