Motion by Mr. Reschenthaler to amend the rule to H.R. 7900 to make in order amendment #731, offered by Rep. Steube (FL), which adds a statement of policy stating that it is the policy of the U.S. to: (1) seek the abolition of the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel; and (2) combat systemic anti-Israel bias at the United Nations Human Rights Council and other international fora.
