Dingell (MI), which prohibits funds from being used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule (85 Fed. Reg. 1684) entitled "Update to the Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act" published by the Council on Environmental Quality in the Federal Register on July 16, 2020.
