Motion by Mr. McGovern to add a new section to the rule providing for immediate consideration of H.R. 7711, the No Rewards for January 6 Rioters Act, under a closed rule, debatable for one hour equally divided between the chair and ranking member of the Committee on the Judiciary, with a self-executing amendment that would require the disclosure to Congress within 15 days of any settlements or other payments made out of the so-called “Anti-Weaponization Fund.” Defeated: 3–7
