Motion by Mrs. Lesko to amend the rule to H.R. 7617 to make in order amendment #36 to Division B, offered by Rep. Lesko (AZ), which states that none of the funds made available under the heading ‘‘State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance’’ may be used for any purpose in contravention of section 642 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1373).
