Res. 113, offered by Representative Leger Fernández, which would add budget reconciliation instructions requiring Republicans to fully offset any deficit increase in their reconciliation bill by requiring wealthy individuals and large corporations to pay their fair share in taxes, which may include reversing or limiting some of the tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations passed as part of the Republicans' Big Ugly Bill, raising the corporate tax rate, imposing a minimum tax on billionaires, or closing loopholes used by the ultra-rich.
