The Committee on Rules is likely to meet the week of March 6th to grant a rule that may provide a structured amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 720, the Lawsuit Abuse Reduction Act of 2017.

The Committee on Rules will meet on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM in H-313 The Capitol on the following measures: 

• H.R. 1009 — OIRA Insight, Reform, and Accountability Act
• H.R. 1004 — Regulatory Integrity Act of 2017
