WASHINGTON, DC – On Thursday, April 14, 2016, the House Rules Committee’s Subcommittee on Rules and Organization of the House will meet for a hearing entitled “Proposed Reforms to Rule XXI and the Modern Authorization and Appropriations Process.” The hearing will take place in room H-313 of the U.S. Capitol at 3:00 PM and witnesses are by invitation only.
