Good morning, the Committee will come to order. Without objection, the Chair is authorized to declare a recess at any time. Today, the Rules Committee is convening to consider a single measure: H.R. 1346.
H.R. 1346, the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act of 2025, would extend the Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) volatility waiver to enable the year-round, nationwide sale of ethanol blends up to 15 percent.
