Good evening. Tonight's meeting is on a simple matter – that is, referring the impeachment resolution noticed by Representative Boebert to the Committee on Homeland Security, and in addition, the Committee on the Judiciary. I know that many members on both sides of the aisle have differing opinions on Mrs. Boebert's resolution – which is their right.

Good afternoon. Today's hearing covers three items. The first I'll discuss is H.R. 3799, the CHOICE Arrangement Act, a package of bills designed to give working Americans and small businesses more options when it comes to health coverage.

Today's hearing covers a single item, a resolution arising under the Congressional Review Act to disapprove of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives' rule that forces millions of law-abiding gun owners, many of them disabled veterans, to dispose of or register their firearms with stabilizing braces.
