Good afternoon. Our military stands as one of the greatest forces for good and freedom across the globe. Their role in America's security—and the duty of Congress to provide for our common defense—is a constitutional imperative. It's also why we are here today.

Good evening. Tonight's meeting is on a simple matter – that is, referring the impeachment resolution noticed by Representative Boebert to the Committee on Homeland Security, and in addition, the Committee on the Judiciary. I know that many members on both sides of the aisle have differing opinions on Mrs. Boebert's resolution – which is their right.

Good afternoon. Today's hearing covers three items. The first I'll discuss is H.R. 3799, the CHOICE Arrangement Act, a package of bills designed to give working Americans and small businesses more options when it comes to health coverage.
