WASHINGTON, D.C. - This week the Rules Committee held three meetings, heard testimony from dozens of Members, and made in order 126 amendments on the Make America Secure Appropriations Act – a four-piece national security funding package for Defense Appropriations, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations, Energy and Water Appropriations, and Legislative Branch Appropriations.
