Summary

H.R. 1837 amends the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA) to ensure that approximately 800,000 acre feet of water reallocated annually to fish and wildlife is replaced and provided through Central Valley Project (CVP) water contractors by December 31, 2016, at the lowest cost reasonably achievable.
