“For nearly four years, the Democrat-led Senate has failed to meet its most basic obligation by refusing to pass a budget. Americans in the private sector face consequences for failing to do their jobs, and I strongly believe that we should impose the same accountability on Members of Congress. The objective of the No Budget, No Pay Act is simple: if you don’t do your work, you don’t get paid.
