Today, the Rules Committee is convening to finally end the Democrat-induced, Chuck Schumer-sponsored shutdown.
It has been over 40 Days since we last sat in this room, when Republicans advanced a responsible, nonpartisan, clean CR and all but one Democrat voted to shut the government down.

Today, the Rules Committee is convening to consider two separate measures: a continuing resolution related to government funding and H.Res. 719, a resolution honoring the life and memory of Charlie Kirk.
