WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman David Dreier (R-CA), House Rules Committee Chairman, opened the first Rules Committee hearing of the 112th Congress today as the effort to repeal and replace the job-killing health care law got underway. He also introduced H.Res. 9, a resolution directing relevant House committees to begin the work of drafting replacement provisions that will help increase access to affordable health care coverage.
